This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by ONsu, referred to as the Service or we, handles personal information. We provide the App on an as-is basis and take reasonable measures to protect privacy and data security within the scope of this policy and applicable law.

When you download and launch the App, we may automatically collect technical data necessary to operate the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device OS version, in-app activity paths, and session duration. We may also process approximate geolocation data to: 1. recommend a more suitable connection path based on ONsu node availability; 2. analyze regional performance trends using aggregated anonymized data; 3. send important service notices, security alerts, or essential operational messages to the email address or username you provide.

Except where required by law, necessary to protect users and the service, or required for vetted service providers operating under confidentiality obligations, we do not sell personal information to third parties. Aggregated anonymous data may be shared with partners such as Google Play Services or Firebase for crash analysis, maintenance, and service improvement. If you want to stop new collection, you may uninstall the App using the standard removal process on your device.

User-provided data may be retained for the duration of the service period and a reasonable grace period thereafter for account management, dispute handling, and compliance purposes. If you want to delete your account and personal profile, contact our privacy team at support@skylinefree.com. The App is not intended for children under 13, and if we learn that such data was collected in error, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory changes, product adjustments, or service upgrades. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after a revision is published will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. This policy is effective as of October 4, 2025.
